It was a shame the weather got the better of us at the weekend, but it was important to protect the pitches ahead of the next couple of weeks which are the biggest in the season for the Manchester Mini and Junior Section with our Festival!

For those who have experienced it before you will know what a great day it is, and a real showcase of the kids at the club from U7 right up to the older age groups. For those who have not experienced please do your best to be part of it in some way over the coming weeks:

Under 7s to U10 - Sunday 6th October 2019

Our Festival attracts clubs from all over the North of England and further afield. As well as the 2,500+ players attending we also welcome some 3,000+ spectators! Age groups will have up to 22 clubs and will play in pools of 4 to 7 so every team is guaranteed 4 matches. From U7s to U11s we play a Festival Format with no winners or losers in a Round Robin format.

Key Times

· 8:45am - Car Park Opens (please try not to arrive before then as you will find yourself driving round and round the block until we open the gates!)

· 9:45am - Registrations Open at your Age Group Control Points

· 10.15am - Coach & Ref Briefing in the Club House

· 10.45am - First Group Matches Kick Off – Age Groups differ slightly

· 1:45-3.00pm (ish)- Finish and depart

**Only U7 players who are fully paid up and registered are able to play. Forms and payment can be brought on the morning and passed to me, or scanned and emailed to me at this address. We would hate to have to turn kids away.**

U6 players are NOT eligible to play however, U6 players and their families are very welcome to come and experience the day and lend support to friends and family involved! It would be great to see you!

**Volunteers are also needed from age groups not playing to help with stewarding of parking in the morning. Let me know if you are available to help**
